As a parent, part of your job is finding ways to ensure that your kids are as happy and well-adjusted as possible throughout all phases of their childhood.
And there are many different ways you can do that, but, one father in particular, knows that the best way to put a smile on his kid's face every day is through the mini pieces of art he includes in her packed lunches.
It all started about five years ago, when Rob Biddulph's daughter Poppy was four years old.
She was nervous about eating her lunch at school Rob decided to combat these nerves by including a Post-It note with his impressive illustrations drawn on.
He says he was sure "hiding a little drawing in her lunchbox for her to find at lunchtime would cheer her up," and he wasn't wrong!
He's now done about 900 of them and they're still making Poppy smile.
Rob is an illustrator by profession which is hardly a surprise considering how striking his works are.
The doting dad has done all kinds of illustrations for his daughter - everything from a portrait of Game of Thrones' Jon Snow to a gorgeous recreation of Monet's 'Bridge over a Pond of Water Lilies'.
Rob told INSIDER he thought his little project would only last about a week, but "here we are five years - and over 900 drawings - later."
The Post-Its, which take Rob about 30 to 45 minutes to complete, have become incredibly popular on Instagram, and, as a result, he has started to up his game "because, these days, so many people see them!"
If you want to see more of Rob's Post-Its, then you should totally follow him on Instagram.
