We want you to love your product, but if you receive it and aren’t happy with it for whatever reason, please do reach out to us at email@example.com
Our returns policy lasts until 30 days after the item is marked as delivered. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist you.
We are unable to accept unwanted orders that are returned outside of 30 days, that's plenty of time to decide whether it's for you.
Please ensure you check your delivery address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products can't be returned, such as perishable goods and food items that have been opened. We also can't accept returns of hazardous items, flammable liquids or gases. Please do get in touch if you want to know more.
Refunds are processed by our team once we've been able to approve your return based on the above conditions. You will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company can take a few days to process your refund.
